Product description
It applies a jet mixer, using high-speed water jet to break up the polymer powder which will improve the fineness, increase the CONTACT of water and polymer powder and reduce the time of dissolution. The EQUIPMENT adopts the design of three tank overflow combination, that is, mixing, aging and storing. The proportion difference caused by the gravity and solubility will automatically separate the dissolved and undissolved solution. Homogeneous degree of the solution will be improved by stirring of the low-speed agitator afterwards.
Structural principle
SPJ series automatic dosing device is mainly composed of the automatic rationing, feeding and adding dry powder feeding unit, the dry powder pre infiltration device, inlet and discharge pipelines, box and liquid level mea-surement mixing EQUIPMENT and automatic control unit. SPJ series automatic dosing device is an overall system unit which integrates the dry powder stor-age, feeding, infiltration, dissolution and ripening processes and a full- auto-matic EQUIPMENT which can prepare high-molecular polymer solution in batches in a continuous manner. The device can facilitate the polymer to ripen and dissolve fully efficiently and conveniently and prevent the green polymer from being fed and added into the treatment system. PAM powder can be fed into the polymer dissolving box through the spiral powder feeder in fixed quantities. The powder will be mixed with water and stirred com-pletely to dissolve into PAM solution of a concentration of 0.1 -0.5%, after which the solution will enter the polymer storage box for further use at the ripening process.
